Delivery & Handling Policy
Available orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of payment. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates are estimates only and we are unable to guarantee time of delivery as we rely on Australia Post or other third party delivery services to deliver the goods to you. Australia: Signature Required Post, Express Post or Courier Service. Estimated delivery time: 3 - 5 working Days. New Zealand: Registered International Post. Estimated transit time: 10 - 15 working days. Once payments are cleared goods will be shipped by International Economy Air. Estimated delivery time: 7 - 10 working days. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the incorrect address, you will incur extra delivery charges equal to the cost to us of re-delivery, which may exceed the above listed charges. Should your ordered time piece not be in stock, we will back-order it for you and we will advise you of an approximate delivery date, unless we are being advised by you in writing via e-mail that you wish to cancel the order.
Failure to Deliver
Undelivered items that are returned to us by our delivery service providers, due to inability to deliver, will incur additional fees equivalent to the fees charged to us by the service provider. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive within the prescribed time above. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge a trace with our delivery service providers to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Outside Australia
Delivery to destinations outside of Australia and New Zealand are not accepted.
